On August 28th, State Electric hosted the 1st Annual MissionSAFE Brighter Futures Open at Turner Hill Golf Club. The 95-degree heat didn’t stop everyone from coming out for a great day of golf and fundraising for MissionSAFE. State Electric began working in partnership with Turner Construction on the electrical core & shell at the Pier 4 office project in March 2016. Over two years later, our work at the 372,000 SF, 13 story building has been completed. In conjunction with the electrical core & shell, State Electric also completed the Man Numeric fifth floor electrical fit-out project under a separate contract. In early June, State Electric completed the electrical and low voltage systems fit-out for Alexion’s new headquarters at 121 Seaport in Boston’s Seaport District. Alexion is a global biopharmaceutical company that focuses on developing life-changing therapies for patients affected by rare diseases. State Electric also completed the electrical core & shell of the 17-story, 450,000 SF, 121 Seaport elliptical office tower in partnership with Skanska.
