State Electric Hires Jeff Myung As Corporate Safety Manager

State Electric is happy to announce the hiring of Corporate Safety Manager Jeff Myung. Jeff’s breadth of experience will add another layer of expertise to our safety efforts and programs to help further the development of creating a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees. 

 

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience working in the safety, environmental, health, and risk management disciplines in construction. He has been a committee member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Greater Boston Chapter since 2013. Jeff has served as an adjunct professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology, teaching construction safety and risk management, 2008-2009.

 

During the early part of Jeff’s career, he worked as an Assistant Project Manager and field operations manager for specialty subcontractors in various regions of the country. As a Safety and Health Manager, Jeff has overseen large construction projects in New England, which included infrastructure, commercial, institutional, and plant construction. Over the course of his career, Jeff has worked for Nicholson Construction, JF White Contracting (ICOS), TreviICOS, PB-WSP, and Harvard University.
