After graduating from Keene St. College in 2017 with a B.S. in Occupational Safety, Mike started his career at Lamontange Builders as a safety manager. In late 2018, he moved on to Middlesex Corp. as a safety manager where he oversaw all construction safety for multiple building sites in addition to roadwork, gas, sewer, and electrical construction. Mike then made the jump to safety director at E.D. Swett in 2019. He took on even more responsibility as a director overseeing the safety of all bridge construction and keeping their EMR rate below .84 for three consecutive years. In 2022, he started at Asplundh Construction as a safety representative furthering his background working with their high voltage and storm restoration teams.
