Chris started at State Electric in 2023 after working as a safety manager at Keolis Commuter Services for 10 years. During his tenure with the Keolis, he held positions of safety officer, operational field safety manager and was later promoted to director of methods, compliance, and security and director of security & training. Prior to working at Keolis, Chris served as a full-time police/safety officer for the town of Stow and Bolton, MA for over 15 years. After demonstrating safety excellence and bolstering State Electric’s training programs, Chris was promoted to Director of Safety, Training & Administration in 2024.
While he was an operational field safety manager, his key responsibilities were investigating all operational incidents on MBTA Commuter Rail property, including but not limited to, accidents, injuries, and near misses. He also led the company as the COVID project manager and developed and delivered all contractual and regulatory safety training for the company. Chris developed and implemented all security and training modules for Keolis as well.
