Vincent Visconti

Director of Internal Operations

Vincent has over 30 years of operations and project management experience in the construction, real estate, and utility sectors. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northeastern, as well as Project Management and Process Improvement certificates from WPI. Following more than a decade of service in real estate’s financial sector, Vincent founded Landmark Homes, Inc., a successful real estate development and construction company where he served as President for 12 years. In 2007, he accepted a supervisory role with NSTAR Electric & Gas bringing his strong construction knowledge and key operational talents to the utility’s electrical T&D construction division, and later to its Supply Chain Management organization. During his tenure at NSTAR, Vincent worked on many high-profile projects including serving as project management lead for the STA 492 / 71 feeder-tie restoration in response to the 2012 Back Bay Blackout, and as construction manager for the DOE-funded Urban Grid Monitoring project. Subsequent to NSTAR, Vincent accepted an opportunity in “The Hamptons” as a senior project manager for John Hummel and Associates (JHA). He was hired by JHA to strengthen their East Hampton, NY operation and complete a $25 million backlog of construction projects for several prominent Long Island East Enders.

In 2015, Vincent made a seamless transition into State Electric’s operation by taking the project management lead on several major projects including the Ariad Pharmaceuticals and Bluebird Bio office and laboratory build-outs in Cambridge, and Skanska’s Seaport Square elliptical tower known as 121 Seaport. Following these and other successes, Vincent was elevated to State’s executive team as Director of Internal Operations. In this leadership role, he has developed a fully integrated supply chain strategy that is focused on providing business partners with best in class procurement, prefabrication, logistics, and asset and information management services. Part of this strategy included completing the transition from a primarily de-centralized purchasing model to a centralized procurement model. In addition, Vincent manages improvements in our internal processes and establishes operational consistencies that drive efficiency, increase productivity, and deliver customer value.
